During the event, our CEO, Maël Fabien, spoke with Gustavo, an enthusiastic user, about his experience with his NOA he received last Christmas.

Gustavo shares his experiences navigating the streets of New York and Lisbon, explaining how NOA provides real-time guidance through advanced cameras and bone-conduction audio, turning daily journeys into confident and empowering explorations.

But it’s really not that hard! We have prepared a detailed user manual, that includes:

  • What’s in the box

  • Getting started with the device

  • Learning the sounds

  • A training template we drafted with Orientation and Mobility specialists

And as we continue to onboard more users, we have defined with users that training takes on average:

  • 90 minutes for the first unboxing until the user finishes the training template

  • 8 to 12 hours of use to exploit the full potential when using the device
